Attorneys have to pass a peer review conducted by the Florida bar before being permitted to sit for the exam.
“I’m board certified in construction law and in business litigation and I’ve carried those proudly,” Jeff said. “I’ve done work in a multitude of different areas. A big part of my practice is construction litigation, and business litigation for many years.”
Gene and Jeff became Florida Bar Board Certified in construction law in its inaugural class, August 1, 2005. Then, Jeff sat for the Florida Bar Board certification exam in business litigation in 2008. Chad became board certified in construction litigation in 2010.
